Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in Abbotsford, Canada, with a 3:30pm–11:30pm shift from Monday to Friday. Supervise the warehouse team and coordinate with Operations leadership to meet service, quality, safety, and productivity standards.

You will train staff, manage shipments, organize merchandise, maintain inventory, plan production schedules, and track performance with regular reports.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided PPE and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud.

• Perform assigned projects as instructed.

Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility. Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed. Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud.

The compensation range for this job profile is $60,900 - 95,200. For this specific role we are targeting a base salary in the range of $68,000 to $75,000. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Pay Range:$60,900.00 - $95,200.00
