Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a warehouse supervisor for the Milton, Ontario area, working Monday through Friday, 3pm–11pm. You will plan and direct warehouse activities, coordinate inbound/outbound paperwork, and coach team members to ensure accurate processing for multiple customers daily.

The role requires 3 years of warehouse/logistics experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends if needed. Lineage offers a stable environment with benefits and growth opportunities.

Job description

Monday through Friday 3pm - 11pm.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area
• Handle inbound and outbound paperwork (processing orders)
• Coaching & training team members
• Process and coordinate shipping and receiving documents across several customers daily
• Enter customer and supplier information and inventory management data accurately
• Support the arrangement of pick up/delivery appointments based on service and schedule requirements
• Maintain, generate, and audit driver logs and transportation reports
• Interface with internal customers daily and support initiatives as assigned by manager
• Assist with invoicing and account receivables collection
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with appropriate corrective action in a timely manner
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities as needed including loading and unloading, forklift operation, product relocation, etc.
• Handle and document daily inspections including equipment inspections and inbound/outbound trailer inspections
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance, and report quantity difference and quality issues where applicable
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates
• Perform assigned projects as instructed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Administrative experience
• WMS "AS400" experience is a plus
• Experience with Material handling equipment
• 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Pay Range:$24.81 - $38.80
