Job summary

Agnico Eagle Mines Limited is seeking a Warehouse Attendant for the Upper Beaver Gold Project in Dobie, ON. You will support shipping/receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will operate with accurate data, use JDE for inventory records, and collaborate with a team to keep the warehouse organized and efficient.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Maths and English (Reading and writing).
• Understanding of SQL inventory database systems (e.g., JDE).
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist shipping and receiving; unload trucks; check in merchandise; match purchase orders to sales orders; store or distribute as required.
• Sort and place materials on racks/shelves; follow product code sequences.
• Record inventory in and out in JDE; ensure accurate stock control.
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for people.
• Assemble orders from stock and place on pallets for distribution.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
