Job summary

Agnico Eagle Mines Limited is seeking a Bolter, Miner 2 at the Upper Beaver Gold Project in Dobie, Ontario. Reporting to the Mine Supervisor, you will install ground support underground, operate bolting equipment, and help maintain safety and stable tunnels according to plans and procedures.

You will work a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule, collaborate with the underground team, perform routine equipment maintenance, and keep accurate records of bolting activities and conditions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of underground bolting experience.
• Ability to read mine plans and bolting specifications.
• Strong safety focus and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate underground bolting equipment to install rock bolts, mesh, and ground support.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on bolting equipment.
• Perform bolting duties according to mine plans and engineering specs.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with the underground team to complete bolting on schedule.
• Maintain records of bolting activities, equipment usage, and maintenance logs.
