IS2 is growing and we want you on our team! We’re hiring multiple Onsite Overnight Shift Supervisors to keep things running smoothly at one of our top warehouse clients in Calgary (Balzac), AB. • Job Types: Full-time – 11 hr shifts
• Pay Rate: $23.00/hr
• Overnight Rotation
• 4:00pm-3:00am

What You’ll Do

• Engagement – onboard, coach and motivate IS2 Associates
• Operations – Overseeing the warehouse operations and IS2 associates
• Performance – Ensure the quality, productivity, safety and compliance of IS2 associates working within the standard operating requirements of the company.
• Safety & compliance – enforcing procedures are being followed within company policies
• Workforce Planning – Managing schedules and workflow efficiency
• Monitor and support IS2 associates’ efficiency, productivity and accountability.
• Reporting – Weekly reporting and analytics
• Assist other areas when needed.

Work Experience

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse/logistics setting.
• Strong leadership, teaching, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team or independently.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software is an asset.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs.

Equipment Experience

• Pallet/ Power jack experience is an asset butnot required
• Experience with RF Scanner is an asset butnot required
• Forklift experience with valid driver’s license

Special Conditions Of Employment

• Reliable transportation (public transit not available)
• Must have CSA-approved safety boots and reflective vest
• Must be Health & Safety conscious
