Job summary

Wainbee Limited is seeking a Warehouse Representative to join our team. You will receive and process orders, pack items securely, and collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment.

You will also maintain inventory records and generate reports on stock and order status. Applicants should have a high school diploma, basic IT skills (MS Office and inventory software), and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Pack goods so that they arrive intact at the customer's or supplier's premises.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the inventory management system.
• Generate and distribute reports on inventory levels, order status, and other warehouse metrics.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that adequate supplies are available at all times.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and other departments regarding order status and inventory levels.
• Assist with the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, including shelving, labeling, and cleaning.
• Participate in periodic inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
