Job summary

Northern Employment Solutions Inc. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our client’s team. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders, load and unload shipments, and keep an organized warehouse environment focused on accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 18 months of warehouse experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the physical fitness to handle lifting. Some computer skills are a plus and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 months of warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Physically fit to handle regular lifting and warehouse activity.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work occasional extra hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, load, offload, sort, and manage inventory to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, verify, unpack, and organize incoming materials, maintaining a well-structured warehouse.
• Handle waybills and complete all necessary paperwork for shipments and orders.
• Deliver excellent service to walk-in customers, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using our locator control system.
• Support general warehouse duties and occasionally assist office staff.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and follow all safety procedures.
