Job summary

Finning Canada in West Edmonton is seeking a warehouse person to join the Afternoon Shift (Mon to Fri, 3:00–11:30). Duties include loading/unloading, shipping/receiving, and inventory control.

Responsibilities also cover maintaining safe storage areas, cycle counts, and assisting coworkers and customers as needed. Union membership applies; wage starts at $19.11 per hour with shift premiums and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing and RF scanning preferred.
• Willingness to obtain crane, forklift and related safety training such as WHMIS and TDG.
• Strong commitment to safety is imperative.

• Adhere to shipping and receiving policies/procedures and regulatory compliance procedures.
• Provide assistance to co-workers and customers (internal and external).
• Participate in annual cycle count to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse and yard storage areas to Finning standards and ensure a safe work environment.
• Sort and assign bin locations for incoming stock.

Join the worlds largest Caterpillar dealer! Finning is currently seeking one (1) safety focused, career minded individuals for our state-of-the-art warehouse located in West Edmonton to support our Afternoon Shift (Mon to Fri – 3:00 – 11:30).

As a warehouse person, your duties include but are not limited to shipping and receiving of Caterpillar parts and components, general warehouse maintenance, and assisting with inventory control.

Job Description:

Important Information:

• Afternoon Shift runs Monday – Friday 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
• Candidate Selection will be in accordance with the current CBA
• Any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement.
