Job summary

Toromont Cat is seeking a Warehouse Person for the Orenda location, to coordinate and execute day-to-day warehouse operations. The role includes parts processing, order fulfillment, stock handling, and customer service responsibilities in a safety‑conscious environment.

Contract is full‑time with a fixed term from September 18, 2026 to January 18, 2027, and wage ranges from $18.83 to $23.53 per hour. Opportunities for growth and a total rewards package are available.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviours at all times.
• Perform daily Parts Operations duties: parts warehouse, processing orders, stock receipt, picking and delivery.
• Ensure customers’ needs are met efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain physical and electronic inventory of parts.
• Provide on-call weekend service for emergency parts orders on a rotating basis.
• Safely operate lift truck.
• Package and ship dangerous goods.
• Assist with inventory organization and control.

Toromont Cat is looking for a Warehouse Person to join our team in Orenda! The plays a key role in coordinating and executing day to day operations in the warehouse to ensure the entire team is providing superior service to the internal and external customers.

Compensation

$ 18.83 to $23.53

In a typical day, YOU will:

• Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviours at all times in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policy, Programs and initiatives
• Perform all daily functions of the Parts Operations including parts warehouse duties as necessary, including processing shop and customer orders, stock order receipt and processing, picking and delivery of parts to internal and external customers, processing incoming and outgoing freight and stock transfers
• Ensure customers’ needs are met in an efficient, knowledgeable and professional manner
• Help maintain the parts physical and electronic inventory
• Provide on-call service on weekends for emergency parts orders on a rotating basis
• Safely operate lift truck
• Packaging and shipping of dangerous goods
• Assist with the organization and control of inventory
