Job summary

Toromont Cat seeks a Corporate Equipment Coordinator to join our team. This role oversees work orders from opening to execution, ensuring high customer service and supporting the Service Department's goals across multiple locations.

You will prepare and transmit equipment orders, review accuracy, and collaborate with Sales Representatives and Branch Coordinators for new equipment sourcing. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education or equivalent and 3+ years in a sales support culture.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems; adaptable to changes.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound work behaviors at all times.

• Review orders and acknowledgements for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Branch Coordinators for sourcing.

Job description

Toromont is looking for a Corporate Equipment Coordinator to join their team! The Corporate Equipment Coordinator is accountable for all work orders from opening to execution providing high customer service and effectively assisting with goals and objectives to support the Service Department.

• This role can be done from multiple locations

Pay Type

Full Time, Contract

Until October 31, 2027

Compensation

$53,125.00 to $66,405.50

The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

In a typical day, YOU will:

• Demonstrate safe and environmentally sound work behaviors at all times in support of Toromont's Health and Safety Policy, Programs an initiatives
• Prepare and transmit equipment and work tool orders to vendors
• Review orders and acknowledgements to ensure accuracy
• Assist and collaborate with Sales Representatives and Branch Coordinators for new equipment sourcing
• Provide administrative support to leader including internal systems updates and forecasts
• Assist internal customers with all order related issues, including transit times, equipment specifications and troubleshooting.

Must-haves for this role:

• Post Secondary Education or equivalent 3+ years experience in a sales support culture
• Safety conscious, self-directed and a team-player with high integrity and initiative
• Mindset for continuous improvement and proactive with well-developed analytical, problem solving and proofreading skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and hands on with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with effective time management and planning capabilities
• Adaptable to multiple and often changing schedules and priorities in a deadline driven, fast paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (ie Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other customer based systems
• Logistics and Heavy Equipment knowledge would be an asset
