Alliance Door Products in Abbotsford is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler/Forklift Operator to support shipping and receiving. Duties include order picking, unloading inbound shipments, loading customer trucks, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

This full-time role offers an 5:00am–1:30pm shift with pay of $21–$23 per hour. Forklift experience is required; reach truck experience preferred. Extended medical, RRSP, and safety footwear reimbursement are part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required.
• Reach truck forklift experience preferred.
• Hyster forklift experience would be an asset.
• Ability to read pick lists, job orders and inventory labels.
• Capability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and maneuver items up to 100 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Basic math and counting skills for verifying quantities.
• Good verbal and written communication with team members.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Material Handler/Forklift Operator

Position: Material Handler/Order Picker

Duties: This role is responsible for supporting our shipping and receiving department by picking orders (doors, hardware, door-related materials), unloading inbound shipments, loading customer trucks, performing inventory counts and handling doors and door related materials.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 1:30pm

Compensation (depending on experience): $21 to $23 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Forklift experience REQUIRED
• Reach Truck Forklift experience preferred
• Hyster Forklift experience would be an asset
• Ability to read and interpret pick lists, job orders, and inventory labels
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, pull items up to 50 lbs., as well as maneuver items up to 100 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy to prevent errors in order fulfillment
• Basic math and counting skills for verifying quantities
• Good communication skills — verbal and written, for reporting issues or working with team members
• Prior door industry experience would be an asset
