Job summary

IS2 Workforce Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Tillsonburg, Ontario for a 6-month contract. The role focuses on safe, efficient warehouse operations including packaging, labeling, inventory accuracy, and order staging.

You will operate material-handling equipment, follow FIFO, and ensure paperwork aligns with shipments. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in warehousing, forklift experience (order picker and counterbalance), can lift 50 lbs, and demonstrates strong safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing or industrial warehouse experience.
• 1+ year of order picker forklift experience.
• 2+ years of counterbalance forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to perform hands-on tasks.
• Previous Working at Heights training or experience is considered an asset.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package products according to customer requirements.
• Match Bills of Lading (BOLs) to physical shipments.
• Deliver required paperwork to the appropriate personnel.
• Inspect and segregate damaged products.
• Maintain accurate physical inventory and perform random inventory audits.
• Package and label products accurately.
• Distribute products and stage loads for shipment.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse through daily housekeeping.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and applicable AWSA protocols.
• Operate material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform repetitive lifting and physical tasks as required.
• Identify and report health and safety concerns.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

A growing Canadian warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics organization is looking for a Warehouse Operator to join its team on a 6-month contract.

This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who is safety-focused, reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment. The successful candidate will support warehouse operations, product packaging and labeling, inventory accuracy, order staging, and the safe movement of products.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
