Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain preferred
• Food Safe certification required or within 60 days of start
• Class 5 driver’s license and forklift operator certificate
• Experience with electronic inventory management systems
• Experience managing a unionized workforce preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead warehousing, distribution, inventory control, and logistics operations
• Develop and lead warehouse staff through recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching
• Oversee receiving, storage, replenishment, and delivery to ensure accuracy
• Manage vendor contracts, pricing, procurement, and supplier performance
• Develop policies and controls to support safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement
