Felix Pharmacy in Mississauga, Ontario, is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to own daily operations in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. You will lead people, processes, inventory and compliance to ensure accuracy, efficiency and quality across workflows.

This role emphasizes on-the-floor leadership, coaching staff, and building reliable SOPs while maintaining safety and exceptional service in a growing healthcare company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse or fulfillment leadership in high‑volume settings.
• Proven success leading teams in a metrics‑driven or regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse tech.
• Track record of building SOPs and increasing throughput.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations end to end including receiving, picking, packing and shipping.
• Coach, train and schedule staff; support hiring and development as the team grows.
• Set and monitor performance metrics and drive continuous workflow improvements.
• Ensure accurate inventory through cycle counts and system controls.
• Forecast supplies and maintain cold chain materials for daily shipping needs.
• Maintain Health Canada compliance and safe, organized operations.
