Job summary

Felix Pharmacy in Richmond Hill, Ontario, supports a mail-order service focused on safe, patient-centered care. This position is based at a locally rooted team with a calm, organized work environment near Highway 404 & 407.

You will handle packaging and labeling, track shipping, and communicate with customers and the service team. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety protocols, with a stable day schedule, Monday to Friday and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 18+ years of age with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Remarkable attention to detail as it relates to packaging and labelling, inventory management and quality control.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Exhibit a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
• Respect for Health & Safety procedures and protocols, and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacy team with packaging and labeling of prescriptions in preparation for daily pickup by courier at scheduled time.
• Keep record of all shipping supplies and promotional materials and re-order supplies as needed.
• Provide tracking updates to users and act as a point of contact for managing returned packages and resolving transit delays.
• Maintain a communication bridge with the customer service team and escalation issues when necessary.
• Other administrative and clerical work and ad-hoc tasks as required.
