Job summary

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is an asset.
• Forklift experience is an asset.
• Pass CBSA Background Clearance.
• Pass pre-employment physical demands analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the workforce to optimize productivity and quality.
• Support the Safety program and uphold safety standards.
• Provide professional service to Harbour Link and Tidewater customers.
• Cross-train staff and coordinate with departments for seamless communication.
• Address employee issues promptly and manage labor overtime and costs.
• Coach and develop staff to meet company goals.
