Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years prior shipping and receiving experience essential, including supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, reporting).
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse activities: receiving, storage, inventory, order fulfillment and shipping.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Optimize layout and space utilization for smooth operations.
• Ensure safety, quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Lead team, train staff, and manage schedules and performance.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
