Job description

Responsibilities

1. Perform order picking using RF devices.
2. Pack and process picked orders.
3. Conduct quality checks on picked orders through the system.
4. Check inbound stocks based on SKU, quantity, batch number, expiry date, etc.
5. Plan and store stocks in designated locations (Bin/Pallet).
6. Ensure warehouse productivity and output meet key metrics.
7. Conduct regular cycle counts and stock checks.
8. Handle scanning of outbound parcels for dispatch to 3PL.
9. Manage inventory and stocks prudently and promptly.
10. Control packaging materials and perform weekly counts.
11. Perform regular warehouse housekeeping tasks.
12. Work overtime during peak seasons and campaign periods as assigned.
13. Perform other operational tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

1. Diploma, certification, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in ground operations.
3. Experience with warehouse systems ERP/WMS and RF scanners.
4. Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, or retail is an advantage.
5. Strong communication skills in English are required.
