LazyEditor is an AI-driven video editing platform designed to help creators and businesses streamline their video production for social media content. We are on a mission to empower creators by providing them with innovative tools that enhance their content creation workflow. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Strategic Partnerships & Growth Operations Associate to join our team.

Role Overview:

As the Strategic Partnerships & Growth Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving LazyEditor’s influencer marketing efforts, building strategic partnerships, and supporting the broader operational functions of the company. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to establish, manage, and optimize relationships with influencers, content creators, and key industry players. Additionally, you will help execute operational initiatives that drive growth and improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with LazyEditor’s growth goals
• Build and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Identify and establish new partnerships with potential influencers, agencies, and content creators
• Monitor and analyze influencer campaigns to optimize performance and ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer experience to inform and align partnership strategies
• Assist in the management of day-to-day operations and help implement scalable processes to support growth initiatives
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to influencer marketing, partnerships, and growth operations
• Take on additional operational responsibilities as needed, including scheduling, data analysis, project coordination, and process improvement

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and influencer dynamics
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure campaign success
• Demonstrates an eager and curious mindset, consistently seeking opportunities to drive company success and innovation
