Job summary

The Dufresne Group, parent of Ashley Canada, seeks a Part-Time Warehouse Merchandise Handler (In Store) for our Calgary-Brentwood location. You will support visual presentation, warehousing, and merchandising tasks to ensure well-organized product displays and efficient store operations.

Responsibilities include receiving goods, preparing outbound shipments, maintaining inventory records, and keeping the warehouse clean.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1-year related experience an asset.
• Ability to work during retail hours (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Experience with MS Office products and ability to learn in-house inventory management system.
• Physically fit, able to lift and move objects up to 100 lbs.

• Provide efficient and accurate support related to visual presentation, warehousing, customer service, pickups, movement of goods & merchandising.
• Be responsible for store maintenance - including the exterior of the building.
• Receive product and prepare outbound shipments.
• Prepare product for floor placement or delivery.
• Maintain and provide accurate inventory documentation.
• Load and unload freight trailers.
• Keep the warehouse area organized and clean.
