Job summary

The Dufresne Group is hiring a Warehouse Merchandise Handler (In Store) for the Windsor Ashley Canada store at 650 Division Rd.

This part-time, on-site role supports visual merchandising, warehousing, and customer service, with opportunities to grow within one of Canada’s leading home furnishings companies.

Wages range $17–$20 per hour plus benefits and discounts, with day, evening, weekends, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1-year related experience an asset.
• Ability to work during retail hours (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Experience with MS Office and ability to learn in-house inventory system.
• Physically fit, able to lift and move objects up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and accurate support related to visual presentation, warehousing, customer service, pickups, movement of goods & merchandising.
• Store maintenance including exterior of the building.
• Receive product and prepare outbound shipments.
• Prepare product for floor placement or delivery.
• Maintain and provide accurate inventory documentation.
• Load and unload freight trailers.
• Keep the warehouse area organized and clean.

This position is being posted to fill an immediate staffing need within the department. We are actively seeking qualified candidates who can step into the role and contribute to the team as soon as possible.

As a Warehouse Merchandise Handler (In Store) you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of visual presentation for our home furnishing products in our stores.
