Job summary

Public Sector Client is seeking an experienced Stores Services Personnel to support warehouse and technical data operations in Ottawa. This onsite role involves reception, distribution, and management of technical data packages, publications, and printed materials at a secure facility.

Responsibilities include distributing handbooks, maintaining stock, handling SAP records, coordinating courier deliveries, and assisting with large print projects for operations and training.

Qualifications

• Two years of secondary education or equivalent required.
• Experience in material handling, office installation and clerical tasks preferred.
• Bilingual ability, French and English at an intermediate level.
• Must hold a valid Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with distribution of General Pilot Handbooks and other publications.
• Manage stock cleaning and dormants; maintain materiel accounts.
• Validate Level 2 materiel and hard copy records in the DSCO 4 area.
• Coordinate delivery with Canada Post and FEDEX.
• Operate SAP transactions and maintain PDIs for tracking.
• Receive, inspect, issue, and ship goods; maintain inventory and records.
• Support large print projects and client inquiries related to warehouse tasks.
• Assist with disposals and building management tasks as needed.
