Job summary

L3Harris in Ottawa, ON is seeking an Inventory Management Support to handle facility operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, storing and distribution of materials and equipment. You will verify received goods, process shipments, and maintain accurate records in the PLM system.

The ideal candidate holds a High School or College diploma with at least 4 years in a facility-based role, demonstrates strong organization, and proficient use of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School or College diploma plus minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a facility-based role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Facility operations and maintenance.
• Perform and manage shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Track all production and non-production material using a PLM System.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S requirements and safety guidelines.
