Wolseley Canada is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead workload, coaching, and scheduling for the team, ensuring accurate order fulfilment and adherence to service standards. You will oversee sub-processes such as receiving, packing, and shipping, while maintaining safety and efficiency.
You will manage 2–5 years of distribution/warehouse experience, demonstrate strong organization, and mentor staff. Bilingual English/French is a plus; a collaborative, customer-focused approach is essential.

The Warehouse Manager directly administers the workload, workflow and scheduling of the team members. The incumbent is responsible for coaching the team members. He/she is accountable for a specific area of responsibility within the order fulfilment process. The Warehouse Manager may lead one or more of the following sub-processes such as order entry, preparing and validating customer orders; selecting; packing; shipping goods and billing customers. The Warehouse Manager may also be responsible for other relevant processes, such as handling product returns as well as receiving, verification and stock replenishment. He/she is accountable for meeting the Company customer service standards.
