Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is hiring for a fast-paced warehouse role in Abitibi-Témiscamingue. You will assist with unloading trailers, verify freight against manifests, scan and sort packages, and manage returns and documentation.

You’ll support shipping, receiving, dispatch, and inventory control while helping keep systems up to date and efficient. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs in a busy environment with shift-based schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Scan, sort, and process packages, including defective items and returns.
• Conduct van audits and support sorting operations.
• Support shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.
• Process broker returns and return-to-clients shipments; complete required documentation.
