Reliance Home Comfort is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to join our warehouse team in Oshawa, Ontario. You’ll protect inventory, maintain stock levels, coordinate procurement, and ensure accurate data in our inventory system.

You’ll stage, load/unload, process purchase orders, and support internal/external customers with timely follow-up. We offer competitive wages, commissions/bonuses, tuition reimbursement, stable schedule, and a diverse, award-winning culture.

Responsabilités

• Protect warehouse inventory and maintain inventory levels.
• Coordinate with managers for procurement and distribution of inventory.
• Enter all inventory information into tracking program.
• Prepare and process purchase orders for new inventory.
• Assist in loading/unloading and staging of inventory.
• Provide timely follow-up to customers and internal departments.

What will you do?

• Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
• Protection of warehouse inventory, both physical and in system, leading to a goal of $0 inventory loss
• Maintain adequate inventory levels at all times to ensure field sales and operations needs
• Coordinating with managers for the timely procurement and channelized distribution of inventory
• Monitoring and optimizing the inventory turnover ratio
• Staging or overseeing the staging of daily equipment for installations
• Overseeing or carrying out the Loading and unloading of inventory
• Ensure all inventory information is entered into inventory tracking program
• Compile and complete purchase orders for new inventory
• Ensure scanning of all inventory both into, and out of, the warehouse
• Act as contact person for inbound warehouse requests from external departments
• Offer timely follow up and resolution to customers, contractors, and external departments inquires
• Perform Physical inventory and Cycle counts and reconcile to systems
• Provide reporting as required
