Job summary

Reliance Home Comfort in Regina is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the warehouse team, manage inventory of water heater and HVAC equipment, and ensure accurate stock and timely installations.

You will coordinate with Installation Crews, maintain documentation, run counts and reports, and drive efficiency with safe operations. The role offers full-time hours, overtime opportunities, and growth within a nationwide home comfort leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse team at the Regina location.
• Organize inventory of water heater and HVAC equipment, including serialization in the system.
• Stage products for installations and report stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Assist installation crews with truck inspections and maintenance.
• Coordinate paperwork, warranties, model and serial numbers for customer history files.
• Maintain inventory movement and optimize stock levels by SKU.
• Process purchase orders for new equipment and match install paperwork.
• Produce inventory Count, value, and stock turn reports regularly.

What will you do?

• Managing warehouse team members for our Regina location
• Responsible for the organization and inventory management of Water Heater and HVAC equipment and materials, including, but not limited to, loading and unloading of equipment, and scanning and entering serialized equipment into system.
• Daily staging of our products and materials prior to installations, document and report on stock quantities at all times to ensure no stoppage of work due to inadequate equipment inventory.
• Assist Installation Crews with daily truck inspections and assure regularly scheduled truck maintenance is being carried out.
• Work closely with Installation department to assure smooth and accurate flow of paper work, warranty information, model and serial numbers and any other documentation required for accurate customer history files
• Maintain movement of inventory in warehouse and ensure adequate inventory levels at all times through internal and third-party relationships
• Monitor the use and turn of inventory equipment and consumables; make recommendations to increase / decrease inventory levels by SKU based on consumption
• Complete purchase orders for new equipment where required; match install paperwork with sales file after install is complete
• Produce inventory count, value, and stock turn reporting as required at the established frequency

• Required to lift and maneuver supplies up to 75 lbs. and over with the assistance of material handling equipment
• Valid class Class 5 drivers’ license required
