Job summary

SHEIN is seeking an EHS Specialist for Canada warehouse and supply chain operations. You will support Environment, Health & Safety and Loss Prevention programs, conduct inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations to ensure a safe, compliant environment.

The role requires hands-on experience in warehouse/logistics and working fully onsite at the warehouse; you will partner with Operations, HR, Security and Facilities to drive loss prevention and safety excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OH&S, Environmental Science, Security or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in EHS, LP, asset protection, or security.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS and Loss Prevention programs for warehouse operations.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard analyses.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, environmental, and security requirements.
• Lead investigations of incidents, near misses, and security events.
• Prepare incident reports and corrective action plans.
• Provide EHS and LP training to staff.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Security to promote safe practices.
• Assist in maintaining records, permits, and training logs.
