Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to drive safety excellence across operations in Delta, Canada. You will lead safety programs, audits, investigations and risk assessments to prevent injuries while maintaining productivity.

As a safety champion, you’ll advocate for associates, coach leaders, and translate safety data into actionable improvements. The role requires OSHA knowledge, Word/Excel proficiency, and a background in EHS.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Bachelor’s degree in an EHS-relevant background or 6 months safety experience at Amazon.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs, audits, incident investigations and risk assessments with data-driven strategies.
• Advocate for associate wellbeing and coach leadership to embed safety into daily routines.
