Job summary

Mississauga-based client seeks a dependable Warehouse Associate (Order Picker / Packer) to support growing operations in a fast-paced environment. You will pick and pack orders with RF scanners, handle shipping and receiving, and help maintain inventory accuracy with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of warehouse experience, are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, and can work Monday to Friday on day shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and inventory management systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically active environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties with a high level of accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
