Qualifications

• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies (RF scanners, voice picking, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Eligible for PIT certification if required.
• Committed to safety standards and wearing steel toe boots & high-visibility vest.

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution process. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Brampton, ON

Pay Range: $18.85/hour

Afternoon Shift: 3:30 pm to 12:00 pm

What's the Job?

• Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Perform inbound activities including receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory.
• Reprice and retag products as needed to maintain correct labeling and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
