Job summary

Agilus by Synergie in Delta, BC is hiring an Order Picker with forklift duties for a contract role that could lead to permanent hire.

You will pick and pack orders using RF scanners, load and unload shipments, and safeguard inventory accuracy in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse.

This role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, offers $22.00–$23.00 per hour, and provides a stable path toward permanent employment with a growing employer.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience using RF scanners in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification for Counter Balance and Raymond Reach preferred.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties including lifting and manual order picking.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanning technology.
• Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock control activities.
• Follow established health and safety procedures at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and operating efficiently.

Typical Day

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanning technology

• Follow established health and safety procedures at all times
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and operating efficiently

Successful candidates will have:

• Demonstrate experience using RF scanners in a warehouse environment
• Hold forklift certification for Counter Balance and Raymond Reach equipment preferred
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties including lifting and manual order picking
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience as an asset
• Exhibit strong attention to detail, communication skills, and reliability
• Clean criminal background
