Job summary

Agilus by Synergie in Scarborough, Toronto, Ontario is seeking an Order Picker in a contract role with potential for permanent hire. The role focuses on accurate order picking, packing, and warehouse organization within a fast-paced E-Commerce environment.

The successful candidate will operate RF scanners, hold forklift certification preferred, and maintain strict inventory control while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification preferred (Counter Balance and Raymond Reach).
• Ability to perform physical duties including lifting.
• WMS experience is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and reliability.
• Clean criminal background.

Responsibilities

Join a growing E-Commerce team in Scarborough as an Order Picker in a contract opportunity with potential permanent hire. This hands-on role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and efficiency. You'll be responsible for order picking, packing, inventory handling, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace while contributing to a team-focused operation.

A typical day:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanning technology
• Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock control activities
• Follow established health and safety procedures at all times
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and operating efficiently

Successful candidates will have:

• Demonstrate experience using RF scanners in a warehouse environment
• Hold forklift certification for Counter Balance and Raymond Reach equipment preferred
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties including lifting and manual order picking
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience as an asset
• Exhibit strong attention to detail, communication skills, and reliability
• Clean criminal background

Total rewards:$20.00 - $23.00 hourly
