Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for our Vaughan distribution centre to support healthcare facilities across Canada. You will receive and stock medical products, fulfill orders, and help service Health Care clients.

The role offers an hourly rate of $20.60 plus shift premium, with Sunday to Thursday night hours from 10:45pm to 7:00am. We value teamwork and safety, provide training on AMR and RF scanners, and offer comprehensive benefits, paid vacation, and a pension plan.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma, preferred
  • Comfortable with lifting 10lbs - 30lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
  • Machine operations and RF scanners experience, preferred
  • Operate with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), training provided
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment and being active while working
  • Attention to detail while producing work with high accuracy
  • Work in a team environment where strong communication skills and quality control are crucial

Responsibilities

  • Process all incoming or outgoing shipments and stock orders to designated locations
  • Ensure accuracy and verify quality of products being picked and received
  • Operate all types of warehouse mobile equipment; training provided
  • Sort packaged materials and process items for recycling
  • Follow company health and safety guidelines and policies
  • Ensure a clean and orderly working environment to improve overall efficiency of operations
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives
