Job summary

Cardinal Health Canada is seeking candidates for a 6-month contract at the Concord Distribution Centre in Ontario. The role involves receiving and stocking medical products, fulfilling orders, and servicing clients in the health care industry.

You will process shipments, verify product quality, and operate warehouse equipment in a team-focused setting. The position is 24 hours per week with an hourly rate of $17.60 CAD, and training on equipment and safety will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, preferred.
• Comfortable with lifting 10lbs - 30lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Machine operations and RF scanners experience, preferred.
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and being active while working.
• Attention to detail while producing work with high accuracy.
• Work in a team environment where strong communication skills and quality control are crucial.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming or outgoing shipments and stock orders to designated locations.
• Ensure accuracy and verify quality of products being picked and received.
• Operate all types of warehouse mobile equipment; training provided.
• Sort packaged materials and process items for recycling.
• Follow company health and safety guidelines and policies.
• Ensure a clean and orderly working environment to improve overall efficiency of operations.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
