Job summary

Cardinal Health, located at 300 Applewood Crescent, Concord, ON, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the Concord Distribution Centre's Operations team. You will receive, stock, and fulfill orders while supporting healthcare facilities across Canada.

Shifts run Sunday, Monday, Wednesday from 10:45pm to 7:00am, totaling 24 hours per week on a 6-month contract. Lifting up to 50 lbs and RF scanner usage may be required; training provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Comfortable with lifting 10lbs–30lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with machine operations and RF scanners preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, active environment with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming or outgoing shipments and stock orders to designated locations.
• Ensure accuracy and verify quality of products being picked and received.
• Operate warehouse equipment; training provided.
• Sort packaged materials and process items for recycling.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

Join our Operations team to make an impact by receiving and stocking medical products as well as fulfilling orders while servicing clients in the Health Care industry.

Your Contributions to the Organization will be:

• Process all incoming or outgoing shipments and stock orders to designated locations
• Ensure accuracy and verify quality of products being picked and received
• Operate all types of warehouse mobile equipment; training provided
• Sort packaged materials and process items for recycling
• Follow company health and safety guidelines and policies
• Ensure a clean and orderly working environment to improve overall efficiency of operations
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, preferred
• Comfortable with lifting 10lbs - 30lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Machine operations and RF scanners experience, preferred
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and being active while working
• Attention to detail while producing work with high accuracy
• Work in a team environment where strong communication skills and quality control are crucial
