Job summary

Cardinal Health Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate for its Vaughan Distribution Centre. You will receive, stock and fulfill orders while delivering reliable service to healthcare facilities across Canada.

You will work a full-time night shift from Sunday to Thursday, with an hourly wage of CAD 20.60 plus shift premium, and opportunities to participate in performance-based bonuses based on individual and company results.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Comfortable lifting 10–50 lbs.
• Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
• AMR experience or training available.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming/outgoing shipments and stock orders.
• Verify accuracy and quality of picked/received items.
• Operate warehouse equipment; AMR training provided.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.

Job description

Location: 300 Applewood Crescent, Concord, ON L4K 4E5

Hourly rate: $20.60 + shift premium

Working hours: Sunday - Thursday: 10:45pm - 7:00am (Full-time)

This role is eligible for a performance-based annual bonus. Bonus awards are not guaranteed and are determined based on individual performance, company performance, and other business factors, in accordance with the company’s bonus plan.

Your Contributions To The Organization Will Be

• Process all incoming or outgoing shipments and stock orders to designated locations
• Ensure accuracy and verify quality of products being picked and received
• Operate all types of warehouse mobile equipment; training provided
• Sort packaged materials and process items for recycling
• Follow company health and safety guidelines and policies
• Ensure a clean and orderly working environment to improve overall efficiency of operations
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives

Qualifications

• High School diploma, preferred
• Comfortable with lifting 10lbs - 30lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Machine operations and RF scanners experience, preferred
• Operate with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), training provided
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and being active while working
• Attention to detail while producing work with high accuracy
• Work in a team environment where strong communication skills and quality control are crucial
