Cardinal Health Canada is seeking an on-site Sr. Coordinator for our Applewood-Vaughan location to manage day-to-day dispatching for the private fleet, monitor e-logs for compliance, and coordinate driver and equipment scheduling.

Reporting to the Concord Transportation Dispatch team, you will optimize routes, modify schedules, and handle transportation-related customer service requests while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or technical certification required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field (commercial carriers or private fleet) preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, One Note).
• JD Edwards (AS/400) and SAP experience considered assets.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with internal & external stakeholders.
• Managing email at NSC and Applewood.
• Dispatching private-fleet operations.
• Modifying routes and expediting urgent shipping requests.
• Managing order traffic into priority sequence for Operations processing.
• Building delivery routes for Private Fleet operations.
• Managing transportation related customer service requests.
• Provide guidance or technical assistance to organizational projects.

Transportation is responsible for the movement of materials and products between suppliers, manufacturing, warehousing and the customer. Management of transportation assets and systems to gain greater service, cost efficiency and optimization of processes.

Cardinal Health Canada is currently seeking an on-site Sr. Coordinator for an immediate need within our Applewood-Vaughan location

The Sr. Coordinator is a part of the Concord Transportation Dispatch team and responsible for the day-to-day dispatching and private fleet of our private fleet driving team, monitoring e-logs for ministry compliance, Driver and equipment scheduling and other various private fleet dispatching responsibilities.

Hours: Monday - Friday: 11:30am - 8:00pm
