Job summary

Cardinal Health Winnipeg Distribution Centre is seeking positive, team‑oriented individuals to join the Operations team. You will help receive and stock medical products and fulfill orders while serving healthcare clients across Canada.

Position involves operating warehouse equipment, following safety guidelines, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma preferred.
  • Comfortable with lifting 10lbs–30lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Machine operations and RF scanners experience preferred.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment and being active while working.
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy.
  • Team environment with strong communication and quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Process all incoming or outgoing shipments and stock orders to designated locations.
  • Ensure accuracy and verify quality of products being picked and received.
  • Operate all types of warehouse mobile equipment; training provided.
  • Sort packaged materials and process items for recycling.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and policies.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly working environment to improve efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives.

Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm

Your Contributions to the Organization will be:
  • Process all incoming or outgoing shipments and stock orders to designated locations
  • Ensure accuracy and verify quality of products being picked and received
  • Operate all types of warehouse mobile equipment; training provided
  • Sort packaged materials and process items for recycling
  • Follow company health and safety guidelines and policies
  • Ensure a clean and orderly working environment to improve overall efficiency of operations
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives
