Job summary

Gerrie Electric Wholesale Ltd. in Ontario is seeking a Warehouse Representative to join our team. You will be the face of Gerrie Electric, ensuring products are picked, packed, shipped and received accurately while delivering excellent service.

You will help grow relationships with our customers, handle inquiries by phone, email and in person, and contribute to in-store merchandising and stock management. Previous warehouse experience and computer literacy are assets.

Qualifications

• Interest in pursuing a career in the electrical industry
• Material handling experience is an asset
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Cable cutting experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous warehouse experience is an asset
• Must be computer literate

Responsibilities

• As a Warehouse Representative, you will work as part of a team and act as the face of Gerrie Electric, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, shipped and received.
• Grow and maintain relationships with customers (we have a lot of repeat customers)
• You will connect with customers to address questions and resolve issues through different channels including face-to-face, by email and over the phone
• Continuous learning of electrical, lighting and automation products and share your knowledge with customers
• In-store merchandising of day-to-day stock, as well as new and promotional products
• Picking, packing, shipping and receiving of Gerrie product
• Other duties as assigned (we’ll keep you busy!)

Job description

Pay: From $21.30 per hour.

This is a backfill for an existing vacancy within the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You Bring To The Table
