Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment.
• Experience with WMS software and RF scanners.
• Forklift license (valid) is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following company standards and safety protocols.
• Load, unload, and deliver materials safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling.
• Support an efficient warehouse layout by organizing materials and optimizing space utilization.
• Accurately pack and ship internal fulfilment orders with proper documentation and labeling.
• Tag all skids and pallets with IF or PO identifiers for tracking and inventory control.
• Maintain and organize parts stock and perform regular counts.
• Verify incoming deliveries against paperwork and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with fellow Warehouse Associates to support team efficiency.
• Other responsibilities as assigned

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team in our Kemptville warehouse. Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse functions, including receiving, packing, picking, and shipping orders, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a hands-on approach to maintaining efficient warehouse operations. You will work closely with the broader Operations team to ensure orders are completed accurately, safely, and on time, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Compensation: $47,000-$50,000 annually.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following company standards, enforcing safety protocols, and conducting routine upkeep to ensure a hazard-free workspace.
• Load, unload, and deliver materials safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling, securing items during transport, and maintaining a professional standard of service to customers and partners.
• Support an efficient warehouse layout by organizing materials, optimizing space utilization, and contributing to continuous improvements that streamline workflow.
• Accurately pack and ship internal fulfilment (IF) orders, ensuring all outgoing shipments are properly documented, labeled, and meet compliance standards.
• Tag all skids and pallets with corresponding IF or purchase order (PO) identifiers for precise tracking and effective inventory control.
• Maintain and organize parts stock, monitoring inventory levels, performing regular counts, and ensuring storage areas are tidy, accessible, and compliant with safety standards.
• Verify all incoming deliveries against accompanying paperwork, promptly resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for audit and tracking purposes.
• Provide assistance and collaboration with fellow Warehouse Associates to support overall team efficiency.
• Other responsibilities as assigned

What You Bring

• A high-school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a warehouse/distribution centre environment, including the use of WMS software and RF scanners
• A valid forklift license, and previous experience with a forklift
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• The ability to bend, lift, crouch, kneel and life up to 75lbs
• The ability to stand for long periods of time
