Job summary

Mint Green Group in Dorval (Montreal) invites a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day distribution centre operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

You will help maintain safety and accuracy, operate equipment as trained, and collaborate with the team to keep inventory organized and orders moving swiftly.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or order fulfillment experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
  • Reliable, dependable, and committed to delivering quality work.
  • Ability to lift and move products up to 40 lbs.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments in accordance with company procedures.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform value-added services (vas), including labeling, repackaging, light assembly, and custom order prep as required.
  • Process returned goods, including inspection, documentation, and restocking or routing of items per guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through proper handling, scanning, counting, and organization of products.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks and movement of goods within the warehouse.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of warehouse and work areas.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely; backup for forklift/ order picker with training.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to management.
  • Collaborate with team members and support overall warehouse operations as needed.

REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager

LOCATION: Dorval (Montreal)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our distribution centre. This position is responsible for receiving, processing, picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently while helping maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Receive, unload, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments in accordance with company procedures
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform value-added services (vas), including but not limited to labeling, repackaging, light assembly, and custom order preparation as required
  • Process returned goods, including inspection, documentation, and restocking or routing of items in accordance with company guidelines
  • Maintain accurate inventory through proper handling, scanning, counting, and organization of products
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks and the movement of goods within the warehouse
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse and work areas at all times
  • Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner; act as backup for forklift and order picker operation, subject to proper training and certification
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly to management
  • Collaborate with team members and support overall warehouse operations as needed
