Job summary

Mattel Canada is seeking a Sr. Customer Fulfillment Analyst in Mississauga to own end-to-end Walmart forecasting and delivery coordination.

You will resolve issues, build strong customer partnerships, and drive supply chain improvements to achieve the Perfect Order. You will lead item-level forecasts, collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Planning teams, and analyze POS, inventory, and promotions to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required; MBA is a plus.
• 5 years of forecasting/planning or sales analytics experience; Walmart experience highly recommended.
• Proficiency with tools like Anaplan, Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP, Tableau, or Cognos; knowledge of statistical forecasting.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Walmart forecasting efforts for item-level plans aligned with POS trends, demand, and launches.
• Collaborate with Walmart Sales and Planning teams to ensure optimal availability, replenishment, and inventory levels.
• Analyze Walmart POS, inventory, sales, and promotions to develop monthly flow patterns.
• Identify trends and risks to improve forecast accuracy while balancing inventory and minimizing missed sales.
• Participate in internal S&OP meetings and communicate forecast risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Build strong partnerships with Walmart Replenishment/Planning teams to align on forecasts and inventory.
• Contribute to forecasting transformation initiatives across Walmart and Mattel.
