Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Sr. Customer Fulfillment Analyst in Mississauga to own the end-to-end Walmart order and forecast process, driving accuracy and timely delivery.

You will proactively resolve issues, build strong customer partnerships, and lead initiatives to improve supply chain performance across the Walmart account. You will work with Sales, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to align on forecasts, inventory, and replenishment, leveraging data from Walmart Retail Link and Scintilla, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5 years of forecasting, planning, or sales analytics experience with Walmart exposure.
• Experience with Walmart Retail Link and Scintilla preferred; ability to leverage Walmart data.

Responsibilities

• Lead Walmart forecasting efforts with item-level accuracy aligning to POS trends and promotions.
• Collaborate with Walmart Sales and Planning teams to ensure product availability and replenishment.
• Analyze Walmart POS, inventory, sales and promotions to develop monthly flow patterns.
• Identify trends and risks to improve forecast accuracy while balancing inventory.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership on forecast risks and opportunities.
