Job summary

Mattel, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Customer Fulfillment Analyst in Mississauga to own end-to-end Walmart order processes and improve service levels. You will resolve issues, build customer relationships, and drive supply chain improvements for faster time-to-market.

The role emphasizes planning, forecasting accuracy, and close collaboration with Walmart teams, Sales, and Supply Chain, with a hybrid in-office/remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5 years of forecasting/planning/sales analytics experience.
• Experience working with Walmart systems and data (POS, inventory, replenishment).

Responsibilities

• Lead Walmart forecasting efforts: develop item-level forecasts aligned with POS trends and promotions.
• Collaborate with Walmart Sales, Planning and Replenishment teams for availability and inventory goals.
• Analyze Walmart POS, inventory, and promotions to develop monthly flow patterns.
• Identify trends and risks in Walmart forecast and suggest improvements to forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing for cross-functional alignment and KPI performance.
• Build strong partnerships with Walmart teams to ensure mutual success and clear communication.
