Job summary

Walmart Canada seeks a Senior Manager, Business Operations eCommerce in Mississauga to lead the design and optimization of OMNI store space and eCommerce fulfillment. You’ll align roadmaps with business goals, collaborate across product, marketing, finance, and operations, and drive initiatives to improve capacity, speed, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in store/space design, eCommerce fulfillment, industrial engineering, capacity planning or operations design.
• Strong experience designing and optimizing four-wall fulfillment space, including equipment, flows, layouts and space utilization.
• Experience establishing scalable layout, design and capacity standards across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of demand, process, equipment, space and capacity relationships.
• Experience with Revit, Mappit or similar tools and platforms such as Quickbase or Captimus is an asset.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to translate requirements into executive-level recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis and business reviews with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Design and optimize eCommerce fulfillment space within four walls, including equipment and flows.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts and service delivery to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
• Develop partnerships with third-party providers to support growth of eCommerce and OMNI operations.
