• Extensive commercial insurance broking experience with Public Sector clients.
• Ability to lead through influence and expertise.
• Strong relationships with insurers and clients in Toronto.

Responsibilities

• Leading broking strategy and placement of complex Public Sector accounts.
• Coordinating between clients, insurer partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining relationships with local, national, and global market partners.
• Leading market meetings, renewal strategy discussions, and complex carrier negotiations.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to colleagues across the Toronto team.
• Working with Account Executives and client service teams to deliver innovative risk solutions.
• Supporting business development including prospect meetings, client presentations, and growth opportunities.
• Identifying emerging market trends and guiding clients.
