Aon is seeking a Senior Financial Lines Broker to join our Financial Services Group (FSG) in Toronto. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of Directors & Officers (D&O) and related financial lines business, work with a broad range of clients, and contribute to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Toronto office, in line with our Smart Working policy.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.
The salary range for this position is $84,930 - $110,390. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

This role places you within a specialist Financial Services Group that manages complex D&O and financial lines placements for clients across multiple regions. You will inherit an established portfolio of business and work directly with clients and insurance markets on sophisticated risks, providing exposure to a wide range of industries and corporate structures.
You will collaborate with experienced colleagues across the Financial Services Group while having the opportunity to take ownership of client outcomes and contribute to strategic broking initiatives.
