Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in commercial insurance, risk advisory, brokerage, or consulting with deep expertise supporting Natural Resources clients.
• Proven ability to manage and grow large, complex client relationships with executive sponsors.
• Strong understanding of risk management and market dynamics in natural resources sectors.

Responsabilités

• Leading and growing relationships with large, sophisticated Natural Resources clients.
• Acting as the primary executive sponsor and trusted advisor to C-suite and senior client stakeholders.
• Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive retention, growth, and profitability.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing and prospective client organizations.
• Collaborating with brokers, analytics professionals, claims specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver integrated solutions.
• Leading client renewal and stewardship discussions with market trend insights.
• Mentoring colleagues and fostering cross-organizational collaboration.
• Representing Aon within the Natural Resources sector through industry engagement and thought leadership.
