Job summary

Craft seeks a senior leader to drive public relations and integrated communications across client portfolios. You will oversee accounts and teams, shape strategic campaigns and deliver compelling communications programs that resonate with diverse audiences.

You will nurture client relationships with proactive thinking, strong value delivery and collaborative leadership, while guiding financial stewardship and coaching talent to build high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience leading public relations or integrated communications programs.
• Trusted client counsellor able to guide clients through opportunities, challenges and complex decisions.
• Ability to grow client relationships through proactive thinking and demonstrating value.
• Strong strategic and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to build and lead high-performing teams and coach people at every level.
• Understanding of the financial side of agency leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounts, teams and the overall Craft business forward.
• Participate hands-on in strategic planning and campaign execution.
• Develop and deliver smart, creative and effective communications programs.
• Grow client relationships through new ideas, proactive thinking and creative ideation.
• Build and lead high-performing client teams.
• Demonstrate strong financial stewardship.
• Provide guidance, feedback and development through an “always be coaching” mindset.
• Shape Craft’s future by identifying opportunities, solving agency-wide challenges and moving the business forward.
